Equip’Hôtel trade fair – 11> 15 November 2012 – Porte de Versailles in Paris

Equip’Hôtel, the international trade fair of hotel and catering businesses, will be held from 11th to 15th November in Paris – Porte de Versailles.

At the same time a source of inspiration, a professional encounter generator and a trend decryptor, Equip’Hôtel is a real laboratory of ideas and the opportunity to review the sector’s latest innovations.

In addition to the 1,600 exhibitors (almost 30% of which are international) conferences, roundtables and other demonstrations, several highlights will punctuate this edition:

On the hotel side, What’s Up in Paris you will make you discover the the most innovative establishments in Paris, while the Déco studio, through Elizabeth Leriche and Vasken Yéghiayan, will propose, under the ‘Open Hotel’ theme, 4 worlds in order to discover tomorrow’s evolutions composed according to Elizabeth Leriche, « of encounters conciliating personal well-being and openness to elsewhere ». As for the Studio Design space, it will bring together the most beautiful objects and furniture pieces designed by the architects in a selection initiated by Gérard Laizé.

On the restaurant side, the resto des chefs created by architect Jean-Philippe Nuel will rub shoulders with the ‘Arts de la table’ studio, featuring the domain’s latest trends and novelties. Also to be discovered, the Sky Studio by Sébastien d’Evry and Lydia Harroch, a space entirely dedicated to solutions for the fitting out and better exploitation of terraces…
